Refund and Returns Policy
EXCHANGE
In case of a mismatch of sizes or for other reasons – we can exchange the purchased TREKs for you. For a different size, model or color. Returned TREKs should be sent to us by your local Post office / delivery company or in another way agreed with us.
RETURNS & REFUND
You can cancel the purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. The returned goods cannot be damaged, opened (if they have the original packaging), used or incomplete. Returns due to damaged, incomplete goods or are not suitable for use as intended can be made within 30 days of purchase.
We guarantee a refund in the amount of the price of the goods and the cost of delivering the goods from our store to the customer. The costs of sending the goods back to the store are not refundable. We send the money by bank transfer to the bank account number provided in the order.
Please note that you are responsible for the packaging and return shipping costs. We would also like to inform you that we do not accept parcels payable on delivery.
If you find other defects in the product, please contact us first then send it back to us by ordinary post, necessarily with a description of the defect. We will replace the product with a full-fledged one, and if this is not possible, we will refund your money.
